Director of Franchise Development – IV Hydration & Wellness

We are an established and fast-growing IV hydration and wellness franchise on a mission to scale across the U.S. and beyond. Our spa-based model provides concierge IV therapy and preventive health services in a modern, relaxing environment.
We are hiring a Director of Franchise Business Development to lead our expansion efforts. The right candidate will have deep experience in franchise sales, lead pipeline development, and candidate conversion — and will play a key role in shaping the future of our brand.
Key Responsibilities:
• Generate leads through marketing campaigns, brokers, referrals, and outbound outreach
• Manage the entire franchise sales funnel from interest to signed agreement
• Conduct discovery calls, candidate interviews, and FDD reviews
• Work with leadership and operations to support franchise launches
• Help refine and scale systems, tracking, and performance KPIs
• Build and lead a franchise sales team over time
Qualifications:
• 5+ years in franchise development or franchise sales management
• Strong closing ability and excellent interpersonal skills
• Comfortable working remotely and independently
• Well-versed in franchise compliance and documentation
• Bonus if you’ve worked in wellness, medspa, or fitness franchises
