About Vida-Flo

Vida-Flo is America's original IV hydration wellness lounge. We opened in Atlanta in 2012 and have delivered more than one million treatments. Registered Nurses give every treatment, with medical director oversight. We are adding to our Atlanta teams now, ahead of the holiday season.

The job

You are the first and last person every guest sees. You welcome them, help them choose the right treatment, and show them how a membership saves them money on every visit. You run the front desk, and you are a big part of why guests come back.

This is a sales role as much as a front desk role. If you enjoy people and you are comfortable asking for the sale, you will do well here and earn more.

What success looks like

• First-time guests leave as members.
• Guests book their next visit before they walk out.
• Members stay, because they feel known and looked after.
• The front desk runs on time and the clinic looks its best.

What you will do

• Greet guests, check them in and out, and take payment.
• Explain our memberships and packages, and recommend the one that fits how often the guest comes in.
• Work with our nurses to promote boosts, injections and packages that match what the guest wants from the visit.
• Answer the phone, book appointments and follow up with guests after their visit.
• Build long-term relationships with new and returning guests.
• Keep the front of the clinic clean, stocked and welcoming.
• Contribute to the clinic's social media.

What you bring

• Front desk experience and sales experience. Both matter.
• An associate's degree, or equivalent experience in the medical, retail, fitness or restaurant industries.
• A healthcare credential such as EMT or Medical Assistant is a plus. So is customer service, medical or spa experience.
• Excellent communication skills, in person, on the phone and in writing.
• You stay calm and organized when it is busy, and you handle an unhappy guest with patience.
• Comfortable with Apple devices, Google Docs and Microsoft Office. Experience with Square Appointments is a plus.
• Reliable transportation to the clinic, and to local offsite events when needed.

Schedule and pay

• Part time, 1 to 2 days a week, with more hours available during the holiday season. A typical shift is 9:45 AM to 7:00 PM.
• $17 to $20 per hour, plus a sales commission bonus.
• You report to the Clinic Manager and work alongside our Registered Nurses.
• Training through Vida-Flo University, starting with the Tenets of Excellence that guide how we treat our guests and each other.
